2012 Golf Outings

2012 TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

During the season, April 15, 2012 through October 25, 2012,  organized tournaments may be scheduled on various dates each month on a first come basis. Tournaments that had an event the prior year, will have first choice to reserve the same date for this year.
Please observe the following guidelines:

1. Outings can range in size from 16-124 players.  In order to reserve a specific date for your group, an "Golf Outing Agreement" must be completed and submitted to the club with a deposit. Upon receipt by the club, your group will be confirmed for the date(s) selected.
2. Groups should consist of foursome's. A player’s sheet should be provided to the golf shop no later than 3 days prior to your event.
3. Carts are included in your fees and are required. NLCC maintains enough carts to accommodate 96 players. For tournaments with greater than 96 players, please notify the Club ten days before your event with a total player count. Additional carts will be ordered based on this count or any projection you make. You will be responsible for the carts ordered, so please have an accurate count.
4. All tournament prizes, favors, gifts, etc., shall be purchased from the NLCC Golf Shop. No complimentary golf balls, caps, etc., may be given out unless purchased from the Golf Shop or special arrangements are made with the Club Professional.
5. Tournaments with 48 or more players need to be shotgun starts; smaller groups may utilize reserved starting times.
6. To speed up play, we suggest the tournament format be a Team of 4 Scramble or Team of 4 Best Ball. Proper speed of play makes everyone happy!
